This Privacy Policy describes how ZIMC LLC, operating under the brand ZAL — Zimc Aviation Linen Services ("ZAL," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our aviation linen services, our website (zalaviation.com), and our client order portal (orders.zalaviation.com). ZAL is a business-to-business service: our clients are FBOs (fixed-base operators) and private flight operations, and the personal information we handle is the business contact information of their personnel.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our services:

Business contact information provided by FBO clients when they register for our services or place orders: name, business email address, business phone number (including mobile number if provided for order notifications), company name, and FBO location.
Order and service information: order details, pickup and delivery records, and invoicing records.

This public website does not include any forms and does not collect information from visitors. We do not knowingly collect information from consumers or from anyone under 18; our services are provided to businesses only.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, schedule, and track linen pickup, laundering, and delivery services.
To send transactional and operational communications about orders, including SMS order notifications to personnel who have opted in (see our SMS Program Disclosure).
To issue invoices and manage client accounts.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to ZAL Order Notifications, we use your mobile number solely to send transactional and operational messages related to our services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary for service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages (such as our messaging platform provider). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only:

With service providers that help us operate our business (such as hosting, database, and messaging platforms), who may use it only to provide services to us;
When required by law, legal process, or to protect our legal rights.

We retain business contact and order information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our order portal.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business contact information by emailing carlos@zalaviation.com. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message.
